Step 2: Site Survey

A site surveyor visits your home to confirm compatibility with your roof, electrical system, and solar availability (can also be done remotely case by case).

Step 3: Final design

You receive an engineering plan designed specifically for your home.

Step 4: Utility approval

Your utility reviews and approves the system design and grid connection plans.

Step 5: Permitting

Your city/county reviews and approves the system design and grid connection plans.

Step 6: Installation

Solar panels are installed and connected on your roof.

Step 7: Inspection

Work and connections are inspected and you're provided with warranties, guarantees, and transfer information.

Step 8: Activation

Watch your home start producing clean energy, as the meter begins to turn backward.
